Who we are

What data we collect

• Account info — name and email address from Google sign-in.
• App metadata — app names, store URLs, and descriptions you provide.
• Prompts and inputs — text prompts and reference images you submit for generation.
• Generated outputs — screenshots and app icons created by the service.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and basic device info collected through analytics.
• Payment info — billing is handled entirely by Dodo Payments. We do not store credit card numbers.

Third-party services

Your data may be processed by the following services as part of normal operation:

• FAL AI / OpenAI — image generation (prompts and reference images are sent to generate outputs).
• OpenRouter — AI model routing for prompt generation, app research, and embeddings.
• Dodo Payments — payment processing and subscription management.
• Cloudflare R2 — file storage for generated images and uploads.
• Convex — data processing and service infrastructure.
• Amplitude — product analytics and session replay.
• OpenPanel — lightweight website analytics, referrer reporting, and conversion tracking.
• Sentry — error tracking and performance monitoring.
• Featurebase — in-app feedback and feature requests.

How we use your data

• To provide and improve the Shots service.
• To process billing and manage your subscription.
• To understand how the product is used (analytics).
• To detect and fix errors (error monitoring).
• To respond to support requests and feedback.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed. You can delete your account from the Settings page in Studio.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
